Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 32nd Avenue North from East Madison Street to East Highland Drive; 31st Avenue North from East Ward Street to East Prospect Street; Washington Boulevard, from East Madison Street to East Ward Street; and East Ward Street, form Washington Boulevard to 32nd Avenue North; all in the City of Seattle by grading and curbing the same and by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1648 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
