Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 24th Avenue North in the City of Seattle, from East Madison Street to East Ward Street, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing brick or concrete gutters and concrete curbs with granite or armored granite corners, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1723 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
