Introduced as Council Bill 7185

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 33rd Avenue from the north margin of East Pike Street to the north margin of East Pine Street; and East Pine Street from the east margin of 33rd Avenue to the west margin of 34th Avenue; all in the City of Seattle by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with concrete curbs and armored concrete corners and brick or concrete gutters, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1815 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
