Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the southeasterly half of Ravenna Place, from Ravenna Boulevard to 15th Avenue Northeast and 15th Avenue Northeast between the south margin of Ravenna Boulevard to Ravenna Place; all in the City of Seattle by grading and curbing the same, and by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, and wooden cross walks together with all appurtenances necessary for the proper surface drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1782 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
