Introduced as Council Bill 7180

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Franklin Avenue from Shelby Street to Harvard Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, constructing brick gutters and concrete curbs with armored concrete corners, the construction, alteration or extension of concrete walks and including as part of said work all necessary grading, the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains, with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district all in accordance with Resolution No. 1827 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
