Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East Spruce Street, from 28th Avenue to 29th Avenue; and 28th Avenue from Yesler Way to East Spruce Street; all in the City of Seattle by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation and by constructing concrete sidewalks, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1759 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
