Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 4th Avenue Northeast in the City of Seattle from East 60th Street to East 65th Street; by grading and curbing the same and by constructing concrete sidewalks with wooden cross walks thereon, together with all necessary drains therein, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 35857 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
