Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Pacific Place from Ewing Street to East 40th Street; Ewing Street from Meridian Avenue East to Northern Pacific Right of Way; Sunnyside Avenue from North 37th Street to Pacific Place; North 37th Street, from Meridian Avenue to Pacific Place; 5th Avenue Northeast from East 40th Street to Pacific Place; by grading, curbing and by constructing concrete sidewalks together with the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1660 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
