Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of First Avenue South, from the north line of Stacey Street to a point two hundred and forty (240) feet south of Hanford Street, all in the City of Seattle, by filling the same and by planking and replanking, and by the construction of wooden walks, in accordance with Resolution No. 1947 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
