Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Boston Street, from Fifteenth Avenue North to Thirteenth Avenue North; Miller Street and Miller Street produced, from Tenth Avenue North to Delmar Drive; Eleventh Avenue North, from a point three hundred (300) feet south of the south margin of East Blaine Street to Miller Street; Emmons Place, from East Howe Street to East Lynn Street; Twelfth Avenue North, from East Boston Street to Miller Street; Thirteenth Avenue North, from East Boston Street to Miller Street; Fourteenth Avenue North, from East Howe Street to East Boston Street; Fifteenth Avenue North, from East Howe Street to East Boston Street; Delmar Drive, from west boundary line of Delmar Park Addition to the south boundary line of said addition; and along a right of way to be obtained across private property near the south boundary line of Delmar Park Addition from Thirteenth Avenue North to Fifteenth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and material, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, catch basins, flush tanks and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, and including a temporary outfall along Fifteenth Avenue North to Lake Union, in accordance with Resolution No. 1928 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
