Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Roy Street, from Eleventh Avenue North to Thirteenth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing brick, concrete or asphalt gutters, by constructing concrete curbs with armoured concrete or granite corners, and including as a part of said work, all necessary grading and regarding, the construction, alteration or extension of concrete sidewalks, and such sewers and water mains with their appurtenances necessary for the proper drainage, sewerage, water service and fire protection of said district, provided that stone blocks may be used where the grades exceed eight (8) per cent, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1925 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
