Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Linden Avenue from North Forty-second Street to one hundred (100) feet north of Allen Place, Motor Place, North Forty-third Street and Allen Place, each from Linden Avenue to one hundred (100) feet east of Fremont Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, with all appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1913 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
