Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley in Block Fifty-one (51) of Yesler's Second Supplemental Addition to the City of Seattle, being located between Twenty-fourth Avenue and Twenty-fifth Avenue, and East Howell Street and East Denny Way, by grading the same, and providing for all necessary drainage, in accordance with Resolution No. 1920 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
