Title

An Ordinance granting to Thomas B. Minahan, W. H. Bogle, E. H. Wells, et al, the right, privilege and authority to improve the alley in Block Seventeen (17), Capitol Hill Addition to the City of Seattle, Washington, Division No. 2, being the alley from East Roy Street to East Aloha Street and between Sixteenth Avenue North and Seventeenth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by grading the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage and making connections to existing improvements, at their own cost and expense.
