Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Pine Street, in the City of Seattle, from First Avenue to Westlake Avenue, in the following manner, to-wit: by the alteration, extension and reconstruction of the asphalt pavement, changing curbs, the alteration and extension of concrete walks, the relaying of brick gutters and the moving of all catch basins and inlets, where necessary, to conform to the new width of said streets as widened by Ordinance No. 14500, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1706 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
