Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Forty-fifth Street, in the City of Seattle, from Fifteenth Avenue Northeast to Nineteenth Avenue Northeast, by grading and curbing the same and constructing the necessary catch basins, surface and subdrains and by constructing a concrete sidewalk on the south side of the street and by connecting the concrete walks with the curbs on the north side of the street, and by constructing wooden crosswalks thereon, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1862 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
