Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Broad Street, from Fourth Avenue North to Seventh Avenue North; Harrison Street, from Fifth Avenue North to Broad Street; and Taylor Avenue, from Thomas Street to Harrison Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and regrading the same where necessary; by making approaches to intersecting streets; by constructing concrete walks on Broad Street, from Fourth Avenue North to Taylor Avenue and on Harrison Street from Fifth Avenue North to Broad Street; by constructing wood walks on Taylor Avenue, from Thomas Street to Harrison Street and on Broad Street from Taylor Avenue to Seventh Avenue North, together with curbs and gutters and all necessary crosswalks, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1865 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
