Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley in Block Fifteen (15), Boren, Denny & Yesler Addition to the Town (now City) of Seattle, being the alley from Spring Street to Seneca Street and between Third Avenue and Fourth Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with vitrified brick laid upon a proper concrete foundation, together with all grading and the construction of such sewers with their appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper drainage of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1858 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
