Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley in Block Six (6), Lakeside Addition to the City of Seattle, bounded by Thirty-six Avenue, Thirty-seventh Avenue, East Pine Street and East Pike Street, all in The City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and providing for all necessary surface drainage, in accordance with Resolution No. 1833 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
