Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-fourth Avenue North from Boyer Avenue to Louisa Street, and unnamed street established by Ordinance No. 18517, approved May 28th, 1908, from the intersection of Twenty-fourth Avenue North and Louisa Street to the south line of the Lake Washington Canal right of way; Twenty-fifth Avenue North and Twenty-sixth Avenue North, each from the north line of Interlaken Addition to East Lynn Street; East Lynn Street from Twenty-fourth Avenue North to Twenty-sixth Avenue North; Graham Place from Twenty-fourth Avenue North to Twenty-fifth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing water mains therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all gates, tees, crosses, fire hydrants and other necessary appurtenances for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1808 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
