Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of North Fiftieth Street from Phinney Avenue to Interlake Avenue; North Forty-ninth Street from Evanston Avenue to Aurora Avenue and from Interlaken Avenue to Meridian Avenue; North Forty-eighth Street from Evanston Avenue to Meridian Avenue; North Forty-seventh Street, from Densmore Avenue to Meridian Avenue; North Forty-sixth Street from Evanston Avenue to Woodlawn Park Avenue, and from Interlaken Avenue to Meridian Avenue; Woodland Park Avenue from North Forty-sixth Street to North Forty-seventh Street, all in the City of Seattle, by laying water mains therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary appurtenances for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1824 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
