Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Republican Street from Twenty-first Avenue North to Twenty-third Avenue North; East Harrison Street, from Twenty-third Avenue North to Twenty-fourth Avenue North; and Twenty-second Avenue North, from East Mercer Street to the south line of Capitol Hill Heights Addition, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and by constructing therein sewers and water mains, with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewering and water service of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1605 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
