Title

An Ordinance granting to the H. S. Turner Investment Company the right, privilege and authority to improve Sixth Avenue Northwest, Seventh Avenue Northeast, Eighth Avenue Northeast and Ninth Avenue Northeast, each from the North line of East Fiftieth Street to the South line of East Fifty-fifth Street, and East Fifty-third Street from the East line of Fifth Avenue Northeast to the West line of Tenth Avenue Northeast, by grading and constructing concrete sidewalks thereon; on the North side of East Fiftieth Street, between Fifth Avenue Northeast and Tenth Avenue Northeast, and on the West side of Tenth Avenue Northeast, from a point one hundred ninety (190) feet North of East Fiftieth Street to East Fifty-fifth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, at its own cost and expense.
