Title

An Ordinance approving the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 1823, for the improvement of Judkins Street, in the City of Seattle, from Bradner Place to a connection with the existing sewer in Twenty-seventh Avenue South, by constructing a sewer therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all manholes, flush tanks, catch basins and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewering and draining of said district, under Ordinance No.19015, and assessing the amounts thereof against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof shown in said roll, and providing for the collection thereof.
