An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the south side of Marion Street, in the City of Seattle, from the alley between Second Avenue and Third Avenue to Third Avenue, by grading the same and by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1757 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
