Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty-second Avenue and Thirty-third Avenue, each from the north line of Albion Heights Addition to the City of Seattle, to East Howell Street; East Pine Street, from Thirty-second Avenue to the east line of Buchanan's Addition; East Olive Street, from Thirty-second Avenue to Thirty-fourth Avenue; East Howell Street, from Thirty-second Avenue to Thirty-seventh Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, and by constructing concrete walks and the construction of all necessary drains and the adjusting of all manholes, and other appurtenances, necessary and by the construction of a concrete walk on the south side of East Pine Street from Thirty-fifth Avenue to the east line of Buchanan's Addition, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1727 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
