Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-third Avenue, from East Madison Street to Yesler Way; Twenty-second Avenue, from East Olive Street to East Cherry Street; East Olive Street, East Pine Street, East Union Street, East Marion Street and East Columbia Street, each from Twenty-first Avenue to Twenty-third Avenue; Twenty-fourth Avenue and Twenty-fifth Avenue, each from East Alder Street to Yesler Way; Twenty-sixth Avenue, from East Fir Street to East Alder Street; Twenty-seventh Avenue, from East Cherry Street to Yesler Way; East Alder Street, from Twenty-third Avenue to Twenty-seventh Avenue; East Spruce Street, from Twenty-third Avenue to Twenty-fifth Avenue; East Fir Street, from Twenty-third Avenue to Twenty-seventh Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation with concrete and brick gutters and concrete curbs with armoured concrete and granite corners with the exception of the following streets, which shall be paved with stone blocks: Twenty-third Avenue, from East Jefferson Street to East Alder Street; East Columbia Street, East Marion Street and East Union Street, each from Twenty-first Avenue to Twenty-second Avenue; East Pine Street, from Twenty-first Avenue to a point one hundred (100) feet east of Twenty-first Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, also the construction and reconstruction of all concrete walks necessary, together with the necessary water mains of proper dimensions and materials and proper sewer connections, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1726 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
