Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty-second Avenue, from Yesler Way to East Union Street; Thirty-first Avenue, from Arlington Place to East Union Street; Thirtieth Avenue, from East Cherry Street to East Spring Street; Thirty-third Avenue, from East Alder Street to East Pike Street; Thirty-fourth Avenue, from a point three hundred (300) feet south of East James Street to East Denny Way; East Denny Way, from Thirty-fourth Avenue to Madrona Place North; Thirty-sixth Avenue, from East Spring Street to Scenic Place; Thirty-seventh Avenue, from East Union Street to East Howell Street; East Howell Street, from Thirty-seventh Avenue to Thirty-eighth Avenue; Thirty-eighth Avenue, from East Howell Street to East Denny Way; Thirty-fifth Avenue, from East Olive Street to Scenic Place; Scenic Place, from Thirty-fifth Avenue to Thirty-sixth Avenue; East Spruce Street, from Thirty-second Avenue from the north to a point one hundred sixty (160) feet east of Thirty-second Avenue from the south; East Alder Street and East Terrace Street, each from Thirty-second Avenue to Thirty-third Avenue; East James Street, from Thirty-second Avenue to Thirty-fifth Avenue; East Columbia Street, East Marion Street and East Spring Street, each from Thirtieth Avenue to a point one hundred (100) feet east of Thirty-fifth Avenue; East Union Street, from Thirty-first Avenue to a point one hundred (100) feet east of Thirty-sixth Avenue; East Pike Street, from Thirty-third Avenue to Thirty-seventh Avenue; East Pine Street, from Thirty-fourth Avenue to Thirty-seventh Avenue; East Olive Street, from Thirty-fourth Avenue to Thirty-sixth Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation with concrete and brick gutters, concrete curbs with armoured concrete and granite corners, with the exception of the following streets, which shall be paved with stone blocks or some other suitable material, Thirty-second Avenue, from East Spruce Street to East Alder Street and from East Jefferson Street to East Cherry Street; Thirty-third Avenue, from East Terrace Street to a point one hundred twenty (120) feet south of East James Street; Thirty-fourth Avenue, from East Pike Street to East Denny Way; Thirty-sixth Avenue, from East Spring Street to a point one hundred fifty (150) feet north of East Spring Street, and from East Pike Street to East Pine Street; Thirty-seventh Avenue, from East Pike Street to East Pine Street; East Olive Street, from Thirty-fourth Avenue to Thirty-fifth Avenue; East Pine Street, from Thirty-fourth Avenue to Thirty-seventh Avenue; East Pike Street, from Thirty-fifth Avenue to Thirty-seventh Avenue; East Union Street, from Thirty-first Avenue to Thirty-seventh Avenue; East Union Street, from Thirty-first Avenue to Thirty-second Avenue and from Thirty-fifth Avenue to a point one hundred (100) feet east of Thirty-sixth Avenue; East Spring Street, from Thirty-fifth Avenue east to the alley and from Thirtieth Avenue to a point one hundred (100) feet east of Thirty-first Avenue and from Thirty-fourth Avenue to Thirty-fifth Avenue; East Columbia Street, from Thirtieth Avenue to Thirty-first Avenue and from Thirty-fourth Avenue to a point one hundred (100) feet east of Thirty-fifth Avenue, East James Street, from Thirty-second Avenue to Thirty-third Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, together with the necessary water mains of proper dimensions and materials and proper sewer connections; all in accordance with Resolution No. 1725 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
