An ordinance providing for the improvement of East Howell Street, from Twenty-fourth Avenue to Thirty-second Avenue, East Olive Street and East Pine Street, each from Twenty-fifth Avenue to Thirty-second Avenue; East Pike Street, from Twenty-sixth Avenue to Thirty-second Avenue; East John Street, from East Madison Street to Thirty-second Avenue North; East Thomas Street, from Twenty-seventh Avenue North to Thirty-second Avenue North; East Harrison Street, from Arthur Place to Thirty-second Avenue North; East Republican Street, from Twenty-ninth Avenue North to Thirty-second Avenue North; East Mercer Street, from Dewey Place to Thirty-first Avenue North; Arthur Place, from Twenty-seventh Avenue North to Twenty-ninth Avenue North; Twenty-sixth Avenue and Twenty-sixth Avenue North, from East Union Street to East Thomas Street; Twenty-seventh Avenue North, from East Union Street to East Denny Way; Twenty-eighth Avenue and Twenty-eighth Avenue North, from East Union Street to East Harrison Street; Twenty-ninth Avenue and Twenty-ninth Avenue North, from East Union Street to East Madison Street; Dewey Place, from East Thomas Street to East Mercer Street; Thirtieth Avenue and Thirtieth Avenue North, from East Union Street to East Mercer Street; Thirty-first Avenue and Thirty-first Avenue North, from East Pike Street to East Mercer Street; Thirty-second Avenue North, from the north line of Waddell's Addition to the City of Seattle to Washington Boulevard, all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same and constructing wooden curbs and gutters and all necessary drains and the adjusting of all manholes and other appurtenances, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1711.
