Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Jackson Street, from Twenty-third Avenue South to Thirty-first Avenue South; Main Street from Twenty-third Avenue South to Twenty-fourth Avenue South and from Temple Place to Twenty-eight Avenue South; Washington Street, from Twenty-fourth Avenue South to Twenty-eighth Avenue South; King Street, from Twenty-third Avenue South to a point one hundred sixty-five (165) feet east of Thirtieth Avenue South; Lane Street, from Twenty-third Avenue South to a point one hundred eight (108) feet east of Thirtieth Avenue South; Dearborn Street, from Twenty-ninth Avenue South from the north to Thirtieth Avenue South from the north; Twenty-third Avenue South, Twenty-fourth Avenue South, Twenty-fifth Avenue South, Twenty-sixth Avenue South and Twenty-seventh Avenue South, each from Yesler Way to Dearborn Street; Temple Place, from Washington Street to Main Street; Twenty-eighth Avenue South and Twenty-ninth Avenue South, each from Jackson Street to Dearborn Street, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation with concrete and brick gutters, concrete curbs with armoured and granite corners, with the exception of the following streets, with shall be paved with stone blocks or some other suitable material; Washington Street, from Twenty-seventh Avenue South to Twenty-eight Avenue South; Jackson Street, from Twenty-seventh Avenue South to Thirtieth Avenue South; King Street, from Twenty-fifth Avenue South to Twenty-sixth Avenue South and from Twenty-seventh Avenue South to Twenty-eight Avenue South; Lane Street, from Twenty-fifth Avenue South to Twenty-sixth Avenue South and from Twenty-seventh Avenue South to Twenty-eight Avenue South, and from Thirtieth Avenue South, west one-hundred (100) feet; Dearborn Street, from Twenty-ninth Avenue South from the north to Thirtieth Avenue South from the north, all in the City of Seattle, together with the necessary water mains of proper dimensions and materials and proper sewer connections, in accordance with Resolution No. 1724 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
