Title

An Ordinance for the grading and sidewalking of Brook Street, in the City of Seattle, from Grange Street to Depot Street, and to create a Local Improvement District, for the payment therefor, and that side payment shall be made by Immediate Payment, as prescribed in Section eight (8) of Article eight (VIII) of the Freeholders' Charter.
