Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Pine Street, from Ninth Avenue to Melrose Avenue; and Terry Avenue and Boren Avenue each from the Pike Street to Pine Street, all in the City of Seattle, by planking the same and by constructing wood walks thereon, provided that the planking, on Boren Avenue and Terry Avenue, from Pike Street to Pine Street be twenty (20) feet in width, and further provided that twenty-five (25) per cent of the cost of this improvement be paid from the General Fund of the City of Seattle, in accordance with Resolution No. 1735 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
