An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Sixth Avenue West, from West Galer Street to West Comstock Street and from West Highland Drive to West Prospect Street; West Comstock Streets, from Fifth Avenue West to Sixth Avenue West; West Prospect Street, from Fifth Avenue West to sixth Avenue West; Fifth Avenue West, from West Prospect Street to Kinnear Place; Kinnear Place, from Fifth Avenue West to First Avenue West; First Avenue West, from Kinnear place to Queen Anne Drive; Queen Anne Drive, from First Avenue West to Queen Anne Avenue, and Queen Anne Avenue, from West Roy Street to Roy Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete walks theeon, in accordance with Resolution No. 1694 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
