Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Third Avenue, from Pine Street to the center line of Virginia Street; Stewart Street, from a point one hundred eight (108) feet east of Second Avenue to Third Avenue; and the alley from Stewart Street to Virginia Street, between Second Avenue and Third Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by paying the same with asphalt or brick, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing brick gutters and granite curbs, and including as a part of said work all necessary grading and regrading, the construction of concrete sidewalks, the construction or extension of all sewers and water mains, with their appurtenances, necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1643 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
