Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-first Avenue Northwest, from West Sixty-fifth Street to West Seventy-fifth Street; West Seventieth Street, from Twenty-first Avenue Northwest to Twenty-fourth Avenue Northwest; Sloop Place, and Canoe Place, each from Nineteenth Avenue Northwest to Twenty-first Avenue Northwest, and Twentieth Avenue Northwest, from Canoe Place to West Seventy-fifth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks, together with all necessary cross walks and surface drainage, in accordance with Resolution No. 1696 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
