Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirteenth Avenue Southwest, in the City of Seattle, from West Lander Street to Fink Place, by constructing a plank roadway sixteen (16) feet in width on the east side thereof, in accordance with Resolution No. 1686 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
