Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of West Sixty-seventh Street, from Eighth Avenue Northwest to Fourteenth Avenue Northwest; Ninth Avenue Northwest, from West Sixty-fifth Street to West Seventieth Street; Twelfth Avenue Northwest and Eli Avenue Northwest, each from West Sixty-seventh Street to West Seventieth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, in accordance with Resolution No. 1674 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
