Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Sixteenth Avenue Northwest, Seventeenth Avenue Northwest and Eighteenth Avenue Northwest, each from West Sixty-fifth Street to West Seventy-fifth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by laying watermains thereon of proper dimensions and material, together with all necessary gates, tees, crosses, fire hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1595 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
