Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Taylor Avenue, East Queen Anne Driveway and Fifth Avenue North, a continuous street from the south line of Prospect Street to the north line of Lynn Street; Lynn Street from Fifth Avenue North to Bigelow Avenue; Bigelow Avenue form Lynn Street to Boston Street; Boston Street from Fifth Avenue North to west margin of Queen Anne Avenue; Fourth Avenue North from Boston Street to Galer Street; Galer Street from the east margin of Fourth Avenue North on the north to Queen Anne Avenue; First Avenue North from Galer Street to the north margin of Blaine Street on the east, and Blaine Street from First Avenue North to Queen Anne Avenue, all in the oco, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, and by constructing brick gutters and concrete curbs with granite or armoured concrete corners, and including as a part of said work all necessary grading and regrading; the construction, alteration or extension of concrete sidewalks; the construction of all sewers and water mains with their appurtenances necessary for the proper drainage, sewerage, water service and fire protection of said district, and the construction of a wooden trestle bridge on Boston Avenue (provided), however, that where the grades exceed five and one-half (5 1/2) per cent, the pavement may be of brick or sandstone laid upon a proper concrete foundation; all in accordance with Resolution No. 1609 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
