Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of West Sixtieth Street, in the City of Seattle, from Eighth Avenue Northeast to Fourteenth Avenue Northwest, by constructing water mains therein of proper dimensions and material, together which such gates, tees, crosses, fire hydrants and other appurtenances as may be necessary for the reasonable water service and fire protection of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1642 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
