Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Brooklyn Avenue and Fourteenth Avenue Northeast, each from East Fifty-sixth Street to Ravenna Boulevard; and Ravenna Boulevard, from Brooklyn Avenue to Fifteenth Avenue Northeast, all in The City of Seattle, by constructing concrete walks, together with wooden crosswalks and all necessary surface drainage, in accordance with Resolution No. 1631 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
