Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Keystone Place and Keystone Place produced, from North Fiftieth Street to North Fifty-fifth Street; North Fiftieth Street, from Meridian Avenue to Thackery Place; North Fifty-fist Street, North Fifty-second Street and North Fifty-third Street, each from Interlake Avenue to Keystone Place, North Fifty-fourth Street, from Woodlawn Avenue to Keystone Place, and Corliss Avenue, from North Fiftieth Street to North Fifty-first Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, together with all necessary crosswalks and surface drainage; in accordance with Resolution No. 1665 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
