Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of West McGraw Street, from the east margin of Third Avenue West to Seventh Avenue West; Sixth Avenue West, Fifth Avenue West, Fourth Avenue West, each from West McGraw Street to West Smith Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, in accordance with Resolution No. 1561 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
