Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Mercer Street in the City of Seattle, from Westlake Avenue to Queen Anne Avenue, by grading, regrading and curbing the same; by constructing all necessary approaches at the intersecting streets; by constructing bulkheads and retaining walls where necessary; by providing for the alteration, construction or extension of concrete sidewalks, of sewers and of water mains (provided that the improvement of Mercer Street shall conform to grades hereafter to be established by ordinance), all in accordance with Resolution No. 1608 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
