Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Newton Street, from Eastlake Avenue to Boylston Avenue North; Franklin Avenue and Franklin Place, each from East Newton Street to East Howe Street and East Howe Street, from Eastlake Avenue to the east margin of Franklin Place, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, in accordance with Resolution No. 1549 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
