Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thorndyke Avenue, from West Howe Street to West Hayes Street; and from West Hayes Street to West Galer Street; West Hayes Street, from the east margin of Dartmouth Avenue to Twenty-eighth Avenue West; and Dartmouth Avenue, from West Hayes Street to West Galer Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden crosswalks, by constructing water mains with their appurtenances, by providing for the necessary surface drainage and making all connections to the existing improvements, in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 35170; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
