Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Bagley Avenue and Corliss Avenue, each from North Forty-first Street to a point one hundred seventy-eight (178) feet north of the north line of North Forty-sixth Street; Sunnyside Avenue from North Forty-fifth Street to North Fiftieth Street; Eastern Avenue, from North Forty-fifth Street to a point one hundred seventy-eight (178) feet north of the north line of North Forty-sixth Street; North Forty-first Street, from Meridian Avenue to Eastern Avenue; North and East Forty-fourth street, from Meridian Avenue to Fifth Avenue Northeast; and North Forty-sixth Street, from Meridian Avenue to Second Avenue Northeast, all in The City of Seattle, by constructing concrete walks and wooden crosswalks, together with all necessary appurtenances for the proper drainage, in accordance with Resolution No. 1509 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
