Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Lafayett Avenue, Beacon Avenue, Eighteenth Avenue South and Nineteenth Avenue South, each from Hanford Street to Hinds Street; Sixteenth Avenue South and Seventeenth Avenue South, each from Hanford Street to Spokane Street; Hanford Street, from Beacon Avenue to Nineteenth Avenue South; Horton Street and Hinds Street, each from Sixteenth Avenue South to Nineteenth Avenue South, and Spokane Street, from Sixteenth Avenue South to east line of Hanson's Park Addition, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, in accordance with Resolution No. 1657 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
