Introduced as Council Bill 6708

Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Harrison Street, in the City of Seattle, from First Avenue North to Broad Street; Broad Street, from Harrison Street to Mercer Street; and Mercer Street, from Broad Street to Westlake Avenue, by planking the same to a width of sixteen (16) feet; provided, however, that fifty (50) per cent of the total cost of this improvement shall be paid for out of the General Fund of the City of Seattle; in accordance with Resolution No. 1666 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
