Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Florentia Street, in the City of Seattle, from First Avenue North to Third Avenue North, by constructing concrete walks and wood crosswalks thereon, and providing for all necessary surface drainage, and including as a part of said work temporary approaches from Third Avenue North to Westlake Avenue North, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1545 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
